The dues for the Poinsettia Community Club are now due for the 2021-22 fiscal year (Oct 1st to Sept 30th). These $120 annual dues are used to provide maintenance for the common areas, pay taxes & insurance, as well as making any necessary improvements or beautification needed for the neighborhood.
