The dues for the Poinsettia Community Club are now due for the 2021-22 fiscal year (Oct 1st to Sept 30th). These $120 annual dues are used to provide maintenance for the common areas, pay taxes & insurance, as well as making any necessary improvements or beautification needed for the neighborhood. This year we were able to replace the entrance signs for the neighborhood and repair/upgrade the plumbing for the pool house and pavilion.

The dues also allow for PCC to host events for the neighborhood, such as our annual Easter Egg Hunt, The Halloween Trunk or Treat and Cookies with Santa. Please remit your $120 payment by October 31, 2021.
